I am convinced that ministry IN Christ is not a straight line upward…nor should we force that kind of activiity… instead, it is a series of sequential seasons; “pressing” then “resting”…. “pressing” then “resting”…. such is the way of the Holy Spirit who flows the way of the Father’s will. (ie., three seasons of growing, then one season to rest (winter). What a blessing to be given the grace and freedom to submit to Him, and flow as He flows. “REST” is MOST critical. – Erin Campbell (posted on my Facebook wall by a church member)
